When can I renew my domain ?

We offer multiple ways to assist you with your renewal.

• For manual renewal before expiration, simply find the 'renew now' button in your domain management panel. The system will generate a renewal invoice for you, which you can pay to extend your domain registration.
• For auto-renewal, kindly maintain sufficient balance in your account, the system will automatically deduct payment when invoice created.
• The system will automatically issue a renewal invoice 30 days before expiration if no action is taken. You may pay this invoice to renew your domain.

If you encounter any issues during the renewal process, please feel free to submit a support ticket.

Kindly note: 

1. Your recharge amount should include 20% tax (e.g. for a 1.66USD domain,please recharge at  least 1.66*1.2=1.99USD; for a 0.83USD domain,please recharge at  least 0.83*1.2=0.99USD).
2. Due to maximum registration limits (3 - 10 years for some domains), the renewal button will not appear if your domain is not eligible for renewal.
3. If your expired domain has an unpaid invoice, you can still pay it to restore the domain. However, redemption fees for some domains may be higher than regular renewal prices.
