Validity periods for pending payments

Payment can be made while the invoice remains unpaid.

We recommend completing the payment as soon as possible to avoid invoice closure.

‌Invoice validity periods vary by order type, but generally follow these rules:

• For new domain registrations: 3 days
• For renewal orders: Created 30 days before expiration and remains valid through the 30-day redemption period (total 60 days)
• For promotional orders: May be very short (possibly just minutes)

Please note:

• Unpaid invoices will automatically close, resulting in order cancellation. If you wish to obtain the domain afterward, you'll need to register it again as a new order.
• A successfully generated invoice does not guarantee domain reservation. The domain will only be registered upon payment completion, order activation, and successful processing by the registry.
